On Location: Stone Brewery

So....I work at one of the fanciest hospitals in the world. Kind of a big deal in terms of technology. If not, check out this site that named Palomar Medical Center fifth. Check it out here. It's so cool, it had to be built on one of the world famous Stone Brewery. Its natural to go across the street for a beer and a giggle. So a few of my nurses and social worker came out to hang out. Reflected on work, politics, jokes, catching up. Chill time.

As always....cheers.

On Location: HRE HQ/Targa Trophy

Who knew one of the best wheel distributors was in my backyard. HRE headquarters is literally a 5 minute drive from my place. This Saturday was the start of the Targa Trophy Megarun. For people who don't know, its a rally. It's not a race. It's a rally. Everyone who participates have instructions and meet at check points. It's a driving adventure for the rich in a way. I say rich because a lot of people have high end European cars. Not just BMWs but like rare Porsches and Ferraris. Here are some of the pictures from the event. One of the awesome things about HRE, they opened their doors for the public to see how wheels are made. Check it out when you can. I hope to go to other car events in the future, cause they do it right. It's better than Hot Import Nights in my opinion, plus its free!!!! I saw so many high end cars, it basically spoiled my thoughts of other tuned cars.

GT3 never get old in my opinion.

Look at that fitment, Lambo!

The new Lexus RC!

I'm such a sucker for a good wagon. Functional while looking good.

Clean interior of this Porsche Carrera GT. Check out that wooden shifter.

So pretty.

Even the engine is dressed up....that CF though...

Ford GT so fresh, still has the plastic. HAHAA!

Tony Stark was here.

Raw materials before becoming a wheel.

Such a beautiful event and day. All shots were taken with the Canon 7D mark II with the 20mm f/2.8 lens. Aperture priority mostly at f/5 for day time shooting.

As always, thanks for looking. Til next time HRE!!

Winter Snow Show 2015

I'm still recovering. Give me a minute. *panting, heavy breathing*

Alright. Here we go.

You missed out!!! It was an awesome trip. If you follow me on snapchat you have a slight idea of what went down. Here are some highlights, Party bus leaves San Diego sponsored by two alcohol companies, Coors Light and Deep Eddie Vodka. Bus packed with characters from first timers to the trip, to annual visitors like myself, Tyler, and Jaime. We met up with our friend across the pond, Cat. Always a pleasure to hang out with her. This time she brought one of her other friend too, Lydia. She's so precious. Every night was a party at the deck, music, alcohol, more alcohol. Then a couple of days of snowboarding. Snow was awful, but that didn't stop us from getting day drunk and snowboarding on some sticky snow. We also hit up Chad's Place, a local tavern where Latex Grenade performed and who is awesome live too! I don't want to bore anyone, including myself with what happened. It's all about the experience and adventure that happened with the people that you met along the way. We had our core group of Jaime, Tyler, and me then expanded when we met up with Cat and Lydia then Dana, Christie, and Bita made up the rest. Here are a few pictures.

My photos are all over the map. I have so many more, I just need to go through them. Expect a little highlight video from me soon too. Just experimenting with video now. Its hard when I don't have a decent computer to handle all the power of the Canon 7d Mark II.

As always, thanks for stopping by.
