New Upgrade to the G: BBK

Tim Batac, officially labeled FlowFotography his photographer. On the record.

Tim just recently installed a big brake kit from Brembo. I think he got the Brembo GT, dressed up his wheels better rather than showing that tiny stock caliper. We're always excited for a photo shoot. We did some rigged shots, showing the wheels moving, stills, and some pretty awesome night photography too. Everything was done on a rig or tripod. What makes this photo shoot special to me is that Tim rented the always fun 10-22mm lens from Canon. Awesome fun lens. I don't have a full frame camera, so this is the closest thing for me to ultra wide with a cropped sensor. Whats the difference between ultra wide and a fish eye? Fish eye gives a distorted look, an ultra wide keeps a linear perspective, not as intense as a fish eye. I was just amazed on how close I was to the car while getting the entire car in frame. If you know my style, I always consider myself a tight, close up, pay attention to detail. I rarely shoot wide. But ever since I bought a 20mm 1.8 lens, I'm kinda forcing myself to shoot wide. I had a blast shooting this car. The only thing that sucked about this photo shoot...my batteries started to die cause I was using my LCD a LOT!!! Those crazy angles and LCD just ate them up! I hope you're able to enjoy the photos. There are gonna be a lot more.

Like always, thanks for looking.

Tim's G35

A day after the rain is always a good day. Here are a few pictures of Tim's ride, a clean VQ35 with modifications found throughout the entire car. He only cleaned the exterior of his car. Hopefully, he'll detail it and get the whole package of a luxury car. If you know the location of this garage...good for you. If you know a better roof top garage that won't have us kicked out....LET ME KNOW!!!!

Not all the shots were done by me. Tim, being the ricer he is, he studies his angles and reads enough auto magazines to capture good auto pics.

All shots done by my Canon 20D either the 50mm 1.4 or the macro 100mm 2.8. All natural light. Edits done in Adobe Lightroom 3. If you have a copy of Lightroom 4...please send it my way.

On Location: Grand Ave.

Ok, I admit, a good diet is everything! After watching "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" I have a whole new view on my body and how I treat it. It's like gas for your car, everyone wants to think they have a high performance car requiring only top fuel, 91 to get the proper performance but some people put 87 cause it's cheaper. NAH BRAH!! So Al and Jess bought this bomb ass juicer, so legit, fuck Jamba Juice, it's all about The Maxx!! So the engaged couple decides to hit up the local Farmer's Market on Grand on a warm Tuesday afternoon. Jess hustlin' these venders, bargaining, whatever. They left with a bunch of awesome fruits and vegetables like kale and oranges. Here are some of the photos from that evening. Ohhh yeah, we ran into the famous Tim as he was getting crickets for his dragon lizard. DRAGON!? I thought those were only in fairy tales and stuff!!! Hahaa.

And always, thanks for looking.
